Reunited

Trixie: One of the cool things about our move to Colorado is we got to see a familiar face. You may remember Malin from our times back in Maryland.

Bobby: Yeah, he is here in Colorado. When we first got here Malin lived about an hour north of us. Last month his mommy moved them into an apartment right down the street.

Tiger: I like Malin! He throws my ball to me when we go outside.

Trixie: We've gotten to have several play dates with our friend.

Bobby: They even came to movie night one time! That was when we watched Hop. I love that movie. I even have bunny ears to be just like Hop!

Trixie: I'm pretty sure the bunny's name is E.B. not Hop.

Tiger: Trixie, you are such a buzz kill. Let the kid call the bunny whatever he wants.

Trixie: Well personally I don't want to talk about that movie night! Mommy made her yummy BBQ drumsticks, candy carrots, AND A GIANT EASTER EGG COOKIE! Did I get any of those delicious treats? NO! I'm getting real tired of mommy making all kinds of awesome food and I have to be in my kennel instead of partaking in the feast!

Tiger: You do realize I get kenneled too, right? Maybe if you stopped trying to get into the trash can or climbing on the table or stealing food every chance you get, we may not get put away every time food is brought out.

Trixie: I AM A MEMBER OF THIS FAMILY AND I SHOULD BE FED LIKE IT!

Bobby: I feed you every day. Twice a day for that matter. It's one of my chores. You are never starved, so stop being a diva.

Tiger: Hey, wasn't this post about play dates? How did we get into the "mistreatment of Trixie"?

Trixie: I quit! Finish the post yourselves!

Bobby: ....and another derailed post comes to an end ;-)
