Tiger: While Daddy was on leave we began to have a few new computer issues like the CPU acting screwy & flashing lights but no start up. He used this as a major push to convince mommy of the importance to start building our new computer. One would think this would be a looong process but no. Our mommy opened her big mouth last week & offered to buy some of the parts as daddy's Father's Day present. Of course daddy jumped at this offer & ordered the rest of his parts ASAP.
These parts arrived on Monday afternoon so all week we have been staring at computer skeletons as our old computer was taken apart, transferred & dissected for the good of the new computer. As you will notice from the picture our new computer is a colorful beast. It has tons of fancy crap that makes the NSA computer geeks drool. Sorry no one but daddy in this house understands the terminology so I can't enlighten you to it's computer god-like components. We do apologize for our absence & we wanted you to know we were not informed that we would have absolutely no computer access until everything was completed this evening.
It kinda went like this... picture our new house. Daddy comes home from work & asks if UPS has arrived. Mommy informs him that they have not. While mommy is changing a poop diaper from Robert's nap time the doorbell rings. This brings about the usual chaos of dogs barking & running through the house. When mommy & Bobby come out of his room daddy has lots of new boxes & a story about lil ol' me chasing the UPS dude back to his truck. Yeah we are making lots of friends very fast LOL. Mommy informs daddy that she needs to run out to the store before going to see Nana & acquire our cousin Rayne for the week (I know we need to tell everyone about that too). When mommy comes back with Rayne she walks in to find daddy surrounded by computer parts. Mommy thinks nothing of this & walks to the kitchen. She then just so happens to look over at the desk & sees that a good portion of our original computer is missing. When daddy is questioned he simply stated "I will have the new one up & running tomorrow". Tomorrow turned into the next day & so on until we got to tonight.
Either way we are back & as mommy says "it better be a cold day in (wait I think the next word is a curse word) before we have computer or technical difficulties again" :-)
