Park #2- Meadowbrook Park

Robert: Daddy came home last week. To celebrate we all went to a new park to have a picnic & check out the scenery. This place was awesome. First we went to pick up some chicken from Popeye's then headed over to the park. We parked by the picnic tables & had our lunch. I am such a big boy now that I no longer sit in high chairs when we are out. I get to sit on the seats with my parents. This day was no different. I spent time snuggling with both of my parents in between my bites. I loved it!

After we finished our chicken we walked down the path that leads to the playground. On the way I got to see my first baseball field. I was very excited to check it out. My parents took turns chasing me around the field before we continued on our way. As we crested a hill I saw what can only be explained as a child Utopia. The playground at this park was HUGE. I spent a good hour running all over, trying out the various activities, & letting my parents catch me at the bottom of the slides. It truly was paradise. I was very cranky about having to leave, but it was nap time. I slept like a baby with visions of my primary colored heaven :-)
