Here We Go

Trixie: We are guilty of blog slacking again. Ironically it isn't that we don't want to blog. It's just a lack of time. When things quiet down in the evening it would be so much easier to blog but we are all usually worn out & would rather lounge then be witty. Even right now I feel a sleep fog entering my brain so I know we are gonna forget things, but I will do my best to give you guys the brief scoop.

1. Mommy finished working on Halloween. Now she seems to be stuck in her own fog & time seems to lapse faster. It is really weird.
2. Daddy is on leave all week. We have had lots of family fun in between Call of Duty time (we will explain later)
3. Mr. Jason left for Korea so the count down has begun until our buddies the Taylors are moving to Japan
4. Aunt Kate has been spending a lot of time with us. She generally spends 1 day a week with us either helping mommy run errands or helping mommy around the house. It is cool that she happily spends her free time helping us plus there is the added fun of Aunt Kate play
5. Mommy & daddy have actually had a 2 date nights in the past few weeks. Kinda scary huh?
6. My parents spent most of mommy's last paycheck to make sure Bobby got Christmas presents. Yes we have almost finished our Christmas shopping before Veterans Day
   
7. Our Seattle Grandmother sent daddy an email explaining that we could get financial help due to mommy's unemployment & illness. We are very grateful for that info & are now getting mommy's income supplemented for a few months. Trust me it makes a giant difference
   
8. Bobby's best friend started preschool last week. Now Bobby is begging to go to school which tends to make mommy cry
   
9. Bobby had a marathon running nose & nasty cough. He is finally on the other side of that battle. Thank heavens!
   
10. Mommy has been making Christmas ornaments for the troops as a part of the holiday package being sent off from her volunteer group
11. We have decided we will be having a homemade holidays for all of our families & friends. It's cheaper & it is things that come from the heart. Plus Bobby & mommy love doing crafts

Yeah.... like I said brief run through & I probably forgot stuff. Sorry but I hear the comfy bed calling my name. I really enjoy curling up with my parents to sleep on the chilly nights
