Bath Time Shenanigans

Tiger: My brother, Robert, has increasingly become more independent. Now during bath time he will stick his head under the running water when you ask him to wash his head. If you hand him his wash cloth he will scrub the front of his body. He will also lift his feet so they can be washed without any provoking from my parents. His latest accomplishment has been to use the shower head to rinse all of the soap off his body... well the parts that he can reach.

Now keeping all of this in mind & the fact that we have one of those shower heads on a hose so it can be brought down to accomplish the rinsing. I now take you to Sunday night when mommy was helping Robert with his bath. Daddy sneaked in the bathroom & startled mommy. Bobby's response was to try to spray daddy with the shower head. Since this made mommy gasp very loudly, Bobby felt he had created a new game. He began to fake out mommy by starting to raise the shower head out of the tub. As he giggled daddy began cheering Bobby to spray mommy. My smart little brother thought this would be a perfect way to expand his previous game & began pretending he was going to spray both of my parents. During his excitement he succeeded in spraying mommy. This made daddy laugh so mommy started cheering Bobby to spray daddy. I have to give it to my brother he tried but daddy jumped out of the way. As a result mommy did her own fake out & pretended to take the shower head away from Bobby. As soon as daddy began believing the water play was over & thought it was safe to approach the tub, mommy used Bobby's hand on the shower head to soak daddy. Needless to say we had a very wet bathroom by the time the shenanigans were over. For some reason neither of my parents seemed to mind & it gave mommy an excuse to completely scrub the bathroom :-)
