Christmas #3

Tiger: The other night we were all gathered around after dinner watching Nick Jr. All of a sudden the doorbell rang. Bobby got so excited & squealed "Santa's here mommy! Santa". It actually wasn't Santa but instead was the UPS guy with a holiday package from our Seattle grand parents.

Bobby squeaked with joy when the box was opened & he saw all of the presents inside. He grabbed one with toddler lightning speed & began tearing open the package. As soon as he saw that it was clothes my little brother tossed it to the side & wanted another present to open. Bobby was quite upset when my parents made him open all of the presents with clothes first. They pulled each item out & opened it to show Bobby. He was sort of excited to see some Thomas clothes but his heart just wasn't in it. He was itching to open the other presents in hopes they weren't all filled with clothes. My parents on the other hand were ecstatic to see all of the clothes. I just don't get it but then again I am a dog & I don't wear clothes.

When the magic moment came to open the other presents you could hear Bobby's screams of joy half way down the block as he opened everything. He got a Thomas block set, a new train & a Thomas tent! I am sure there was more but it's escaping my mind right now. Bobby was so excited to have a Thomas tent that my parents set it up as a bed using blanket & sleeping bags. Needless to say after all the excitement ran down Bobby slept like a rock.

My parents also got some cool stuff. You may remember the coffee maker that we posted about which my parents adore. Daddy also got a Halo block set & some money which he used to buy more Halo blocks & parts for his gas powered r/c truck. He was very happy. Mommy got a Kindle & a cool leather case to protect it. This is so useful since mommy has been having problems reading her books. The Kindle has a feature to change font size, font types, & it isn't a back lit screen plus it holds tons of books on a tiny little computer versus boxes & boxes of books. The best part is a lot of the classics are available for free plus tons of other books. Daddy has always harassed mommy that she reads so much but has never read most of the classics. Now she can finally read them & it costs nothing but time. All in all our 3rd Christmas was a cool one :-)

Mommy has misplaced the camera memory card so there aren't any pictures to go with this post right now. we promise as soon as it is located we will post them
