Sparky: Dear Comcast, for once we need to give you a big thumbs up. Even though your service usually sucks dish water we must say that your On Demand feature has been a big life saver. For some reason some of the stations that play toddler shows all day tend to change their line up without notice. This causes a great deal of turmoil in my house since Robert usually watches a little bit of TV each day & it is always during the same time. Thanks to the On Demand button my mommy can still play Robert's favorite shows during these times. The tears magically stop when the theme song comes on to one of Robert's favorite shows. This is such a big help when it comes to keeping the sanity balanced in our house. I will say I am still mad at you for making my mommy throw up every time she opens your outrageously expensive bill or how Ms. Delania's phone service is out more than it is operational. Do you have any idea how many puppy play dates you have ruined? Well instead of coming to pee on your shoe today I will give you a high five for making my little brother's day. Try to keep up the good work not the crappy service we have all come to expect from you
