Update in 3... 2... 1

Robert: Hi every one. We have a few things to report & catch you up on. We know we have been slackers over the last week or so but we will help you to understand why & feel like you didn't miss any thing. I promise... If you don't believe me take a good look at this face & tell me you believe I would ever deceive you. Oh wait mommy must have added the wrong picture...

First on this list is it will probably be another week or 2 before mommy has the ability to upload photos to the computer. I know a few of you are thinking "Oh suck it up & just set the printer back up." Well it is a little more than that at this point. 1 of our file cabinet drawers fell apart & sent papers all over the living room when I opened the bottom drawer. Note to self... never buy the walmart clearance stuff as furniture or something you want to keep around for a while. So daddy took all of the files & paperwork that fell out then put them on top of the printer & told mommy not to touch them. He would take care of it. So in typical mommy fashion she left it alone & constantly nags daddy to fix the file cabinet then hook the printer up. Daddy told mommy he would get it done by the middle of next week, so we will see.

Next on the list is my new molar. I now have both of my bottom molars & no top ones. This makes for a cranky kid. Imagine if you had these new pointy teeth poking your tender gums every time you close your mouth. it isn't too cool. This had made me extra needy & caused tons of runny noses. This drastically reduces mommy's time to get anything done. I have also gone on strike when it comes to my morning nap. I haven't had one in over a week. Mommy will put me down but I yell, scream & throw everything out of my crib to make my mommy come get me. Mommy doesn't like afternoon naps because I sleep most of the time daddy is home. Mommy isn't able to get anything done around the house because she has to babysit daddy. Daddy wants mommy to lay down & take a nap with him or lay on the couch to watch TV. This is not very helpful when dishes need to be done, laundry is piling up, plus floors need to be vacuumed & scrubbed.

Last week we had some time with the family. Aunt Kate's birthday was last Monday & my family was invited to join everyone for a birthday dinner. It was great to see everyone & have a nice relaxing evening. On Sunday Uncle Bill had an accident at work that required stitches & mommy got the call to take him to the ER. Luckily mommy was right across the street shopping so it really was faster than an ambulance. Mommy & my uncle had a looong evening waiting around the ER before getting care & going home. Thankfully Uncle Bill is ok & only needed 4 stitches.

We also have a very belated congrats going out to the Cummins household. Gage Paul Cummins was born 3/19/2009 via c-section. We are very happy they finally have their bundle of joy. On the downside Mr. Jeff deployed to Afghanistan on Monday for 6 weeks. No this really isn't too bad since it is such a short time but there are other things that make this hard. No one wants to be away from their family when a new addition has arrived. Not too many people are excited to go off to war no matter how short the time frame is. Plus with the c-section Ms. Ki is not up to proper operating speed. Being a 1st time mom doesn't help matters since she is in unfamiliar waters & worries she is doing things wrong. Mommy & Ms. Delania have been called in several times to assist so far. It looks like this may take more time from their days then originally thought. Gage is a very cute kid. Well my mommy thinks he looks like a cute little bridge troll. It isn't being mean if it is true. Not every one understands that newborns looks a little rough in the beginning because of the trauma involved with delivery & spending several days - weeks with their face resting on a pelvic bone. My family is very excited for the Cummins house. They have a lot of cool times ahead of them once Mr. Jeff returns.

I know there is more to report but right now I gotta run. Mommy & I are off to have lunch with Uncle Bill. I can't wait to check on him & see how he is feeling :-)
