Dear Mr. Santa Claus

Dear Mr. Santa Claus,
I know tonight is your big night to bring all kinds of cheer to the good little boys & girls. I have spent the last few weeks watching holiday programs with my brother, Bobby. I really did pay attention to all of the messages. I understand that you need to be kind to others & share as a part of daily life to make the nice list. Sparky & I helped mommy & Bobby gather up his baby toys for you to pick up tonight. Mommy told Bobby that it is important to get his old baby toys together for you. She explained that we need to give you these toys that don't get played with anymore so you can give them to babies that don't have any toys. She also said that this is a selfless act of sharing & compassion. Does this mean that you will bring big boy toys for Robert? If so then I have a question about this... Does it apply to dogs too? Sparky & I are a lot rougher on our doggie toys than Robert was with his baby toys. If you want to take some of them in order to bring us stuff tonight then please know you have our permission. I will express my concern that other pups might not be as happy with our ratty toys. Please know our hearts are in the right place & that we want to do something good for others. Mommy says we will leave cookies for you plus apple slices & baby carrots for your reindeer. She told us it is important to do this not because we want to influence you but because it is the nice thing to do for someone that does so much for everyone else. Please know we appreciate all that you do & we hope you have safe travels on your journey tonight :-)
