Thankful

Today is our holiday wrap up. we are going to give everyone a chance to say what you are thankful for. It is a tradition that some of our friends do each year at Thanksgiving. Here is our contribution...

Sparky: I am thankful for..
Having a home & a family to share it with
Having a little brother to play with
Having a little brother that shares his food with me
Having Ginger to play with everyday
Being loved
All of my toys
Being allowed to sleep in my parents bed on cold winter nights

Robert: I am thankful...
That I have a mommy & daddy
That so many people love me
That I have Sparky to play with
That I get to eat big boy food
That I still get formula at bedtime
That my parents have patience
That people play peek-a-boo with me
That I get to watch Noggin & Dora with mommy
That my daddy always plays with me as soon as he walks in the door from work

Daddy: I am thankful...
For my wife & son
For my family
That I am not in Iraq

Mommy: I am thankful...
For my precious little boy (Robert)
For my loving husband (even if we don't always agree)
For the wet nose that wakes me in the morning (Sparky)
To have so many wonderful friends
To be so close to family during trying times
That I still have a job during trying economic times
That I love what I do for a living
To be able to stay home with Robert most of the week
For the lessons life throws at me to prove how strong I am
