Eating with Dishes

Sparky: My parents have made the bold decision to start teaching Robert to eat with a bowl instead of directly off his high chair tray. Tiger & I couldn't be happier with their decision because the 1st few attempts resulted in the entire bowl thrown onto the floor. We are now eating like royalty as my brother tries to get an understanding of eating like a big boy. Robert is slowly making progress but he does seem more interested in using his bowl as props for baby game. He has spent the last few meals dumping his bowls onto the tray then he proceeds to refill the bowl. He seems to do this several times before he moves on to the actual eating of his food. In the mean time lots of laughs have been shared by my parents as Robert uses his bowls for everything besides eating. I think some of my favorites are the not so empty bowl hat & bowl peek-a-boo :-)
