Rough Weekend

Robert: This past weekend has been a big amount of yucky. First I got shots last week at my last doctor visit so I had several days of not feeling well & running a fever. Next Sparky started with an illness on Friday night. He is coughing so bad he sounds like an emphysema patient. If it wasn't for the money mommy would have taken him to the puppy ER at 2AM. Daddy had to be the voice of reason telling mommy to wait & see if it got worse before the weekend was over. Well it is Monday & he still sounds horrible & mommy is counting the minutes until the vet opens. Luckily Tiger seems fine. Right now mommy isn't sure if that is a good sign or not. Just to make things super fun mommy might be having another MS episode. She is experiencing the MS hug thing again & is having difficulty moving. I don't know if my mommy is a super hero or just super stubborn because she started having problems on Saturday morning & refused to go to the ER. Instead she worked 2 crazy shifts plus saw a client at their house before the weekend was over. I know some of you are thinking that mommy can't be that bad off if she is pushing through. Well let me say that even mommy is surprised that she made it & admits that she was doing massages with 1 arm instead of 2 because the left 1 kept going out on her. What I mean by that is it wouldn't do what mommy wanted it to do (things like go up & down or grab items). Mommy already has a call into Dr. Hegde & is awaiting his response. With all of us sickies in 1 house poor daddy is on the verge of losing his mind. Mommy & daddy have been bickering all weekend & this morning wasn't any different. I know my mommy is scared but she really needs to work on saying that instead of being super angry about everything. I feel very lucky because mommy doesn't get mad at me... just daddy. I would like to ask our friends to keep us in their prayers & hearts today. Mommy is very worried about Sparky & she is also scared that Dr. Hegde is going to make her stay in the hospital for a few days. Daddy is mad because he doesn't want to take off work for mommy to go into the hospital, but I think he is scared & like mommy doesn't like to say it. Either way the next 24 hours stand to be very challenging. I am crossing my fingers for a good outcome. We will keep you updated the best we can as things unfold.
